             Sales Model




             Futr has a well developed sales strategy which we

             believe is deliverable


            Management has provided a detailed sales document split by public
            sector, enterprise and Chatamo. This document is on the drive called
            'Futr.Sales Strategy – 13.12.18.pdf'.

            We have reviewed this document which details good traction in each
            area. It is clear that sales are being driven by the two founders based
            on relationships they have or relationships of their advisors who are
            opening doors for the business. The founders are good at leveraging
            networks and contacts. For example they are speaking to
            www.civica.com to help target councils. Civica has routes into 95% of
            councils in the UK.


            The team is resource constrained and therefore have more demand
            than they can service. The business will need a more developed sales
            strategy as they build the team and following investment.


            We have spoken to Ben Hatton in relation to this area and we would
            propose a one day workshop with the management team in the
            diligence phase to develop a sales strategy.
