Michael Welz, CSI CDT will bring Bernardon’s
“fresh eyes review” quality assurance program
and his 35+ years of experience to bear on behalf
of the team. Our Quality Assurance Program is
designed to build high quality into the design and
construction documentation process and lessen the
reliance on last-minute error detection.

Bernardon believes that teamwork and partnering
are the only ways to make a project truly successful
- not only with respect to the final product, but also
in making the process one in which all members of
the design and construction team have a positive
experience that draws upon the unique talents of
each team member. We continue the team building
by selecting consultants who we feel are experts in
their respective fields. We have engaged consulting
engineers MacIntosh Engineering who will provide
structural engineering services, and Furlow
Associates, Inc., for MEPFP engineering services.

an attachment to this submission.

Based on our current workload and client
commitments, the Bernardon team is available
to begin services immediately. Resumes for key
members of the team can be found in the pages that
follow.
