Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Agreement for Professional Services of Bernardon (Terms and Conditions) are enclosed
and are part of this proposal.
Reimbursable expenses (such as permits, prints, additional consultants, overnight deliveries, travel, car share,
etc.) are not included as part of our professional fees and will be invoiced based upon actual costs expended times
a multiplier of 1.10. Mileage will be charged in accordance with the standard IRS rate.
Additional Services can be performed for a mutually agreed upon fixed fee or on an hourly basis in accordance with
our hourly rates noted in our Terms and Conditions.

Bernardon is authorized to proceed with Basic Services as outlined in the Response to
Request for Proposal dated March 22, 2021.
