Schedule
As identified within the Request for Proposal, Building B will be the first building to be constructed. Bernardon
will provide Schematic Design services for Building A and Building B simultaneously. The total duration of
Schematic Design for Building A and B is reflected in the schedule.
Design Development and Construction Documents will continue for Building B only. Building A will
commence once defined leasing milestones for Building B are achieved.
