Review Requests for Information (RFIs) that relate to site work and make recommendations for action by
the Contractor and/or Client.
Conduct monthly site visits to observe construction progress. This scope assumes a construction duration
of 12 months, so 12 site visits are included in this fee. Additional site visits will be an additional service.
Complete one (1) final observation site visit once construction has been completed and provide the
contractor with a punch list relating to the civil portion of the project.
Based on CoreStates review of the site during the punch list site visit, as well as Contractor Supplied As-
Built drawings, CoreStates will provide letters of concurrence to the AHJ for public improvements,
water/wastewater service, and site permit release.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Any service not expressly stated above shall not be included in this Scope of Services. The following
services are specifically excluded from this contract, but can be provided as an additional service at a fee
to be agreed upon between the Client and CoreStates.
