Dear Mr. Clark,

Thank you for allowing Bernardon the opportunity to be considered for the design of a new industrial
warehouse located at 101 Independence Lane in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. We are grateful for the introduction
that Liz Smith of The Norwood Construction provided and for her confidence in Bernardon.

Bernardon has designed over 13 million square feet of industrial space throughout the region, including
warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers. Our EXPERIENCED TEAM uses an
innovative approach to help our clients navigate all of the challenges of today’s industrial market and
organize complex spaces that are safe, effective, and optimized for our clients. Our in-depth understanding
of the industrial market is derived from our extensive experience and first-hand knowledge of designing
industrial buildings ranging in size from 50,000 SF to 1,800,000 SF.

The PROXIMITY of our office in West Chester will reduce the number of miles that are required for providing
professional services throughout the course of the project, especially during the construction process. This
proximity will also facilitate the RAPID RESPONSE that is necessary to minimize disruption to projects
and to keep them on schedule.
