Paul Andrew Sgroi, AIA, LEED AP | Principal-in-Charge

As a Principal of Bernardon and Director of the West Chester Studio, Paul is responsible
for numerous industrial/warehousing, corporate, civic & cultural, and higher education
projects, as well as participating in the day-to-day management of the firm. He is a
passionate architect and dreamer, and is skilled in the transformation, creation, and
propagation of healthy environments for work, learn, live, and play. He is focused
on collaborating with clients and other design professionals in the development
of meaningful places that are designed in a way that excites, engages, and creates
memorable experiences. Paul possesses the ability to understand, synthesize, and
fabricate creative design solutions that respond to the unique characteristics of every
design opportunity without prejudice to a specific design language or predictable
architectural response. Paul’s attention and focus on programming and the design
process lead to efficient design solutions that respect the client’s budget and schedule.
