                                                                                                                                 CURRENT USE - Currently zoned as IO, and the existing buildings are currently being used as a PNC bank
                                                                                                                                 and Dover City Hall.
                                                                                                                                 PROPOSED USE - A boutique hotel would be proposed here to supplement the lack of hotels within the
                                                                                                                                 downtown area. The design links the two buildings together, retaining the front facades of PNC Bank and
                                                                 LOOCKERMAN PLAZA                                                  restaurant/ banquet space and hotel rooms above. The late 20th Century addition to City Hall will be
                                                                                                                                 reinventing City Hall to become the hotel lobby. The existing PNC Bank will be reprogrammed for a new
                                                                                                                                 demolished to make way for a new visitor drop off. Ground floor parking will provide parking for the hotel.
