Rebuilding and Strengthening an Important Intersection
CURRENT USE - Currently zoned as C2 and is the site of a previous apartment building that suffered a
SOUTH NEW STREET
devastating fire in March 2022. The parcel is situated at the intersection of w Loockerman street and S.
New Street.
PROPOSED USE - A new 3-story apartment building will replace the remains of the burned structure. First
floor retail with two levels of residential above. This new building will reactivate this intersection and add
density once again to this section of Loockerman Street.
