                                                                                                                                 devastating fire in March 2022. The parcel is situated at the intersection of w Loockerman street and S.

                                                                                                                                 PROPOSED USE - A new 3-story apartment building will replace the remains of the burned structure. First
                                                                                                                                 floor retail with two levels of residential above. This new building will reactivate this intersection and add
                                                                                                                                 density once again to this section of Loockerman Street.
