CURRENT USE - The parcel at 120 Governors Avenue is currently owned by DDP (Downtown Dover
partnership) and currently serves as an auto parts store, with surface parking.
PROPOSED USE - A grocery store is designed to return once again to 120 Governors Avenue within the
six-story building. Additional programming includes a two-story parking structure, outdoor amenity space,
and residential units.
