SITE PLAN W W A T E R S T
The site plan above illustrates the proposed building footprints for each parcel included in the Downtown Dover master plan. The goal of this master plan is to introduce vibrancy and energy along Downtown
Dover’s “spine” being, Loockerman Street. Catering to the local anchors that exist within Downtown Dover (Bayhealth, DSU, Dover Air Force Base, etc.) by implementing new food and beverage locations and
retail shops, is what the master plan strives to accomplish. Creating a downtown that is oriented towards the pedestrian instead of vehicles is the main goal of this masterplan.
