                                                                                                                                                                       parcels that DDP currently owns that could be developed on immediately.
                                                                                                                                                                       The parcels in yellow represent city owned parcels and the pink colored
                                                                                                                                                                       parcels show pieces of property that Downtown Dover Partnership (DDP)
