OPPORTUNITY ANALYSIS
DDP Parcels
Downtown Dover partnership has acquired a handful of properties located
within the Downtown Dover district that present great opportunity for
redevelopment. As shown on the map to the left, the orange areas are
parcels that DDP currently owns that could be developed on immediately.
The parcels in yellow represent city owned parcels and the pink colored
parcels show pieces of property that Downtown Dover Partnership (DDP)
could potentially acquire and redevelop on in the future.
