                                                                               experience. Commercial spaces populating Loockerman should cater towards allowing visitors to spend time at their establishments, providing
                                                                               comfortable seating to enjoy Downtown Dover. These commercial businesses should also cover all times of the day-from the early morning coffee rush to
                                                                               lunch, dinner service to late night cravings. By increasing the times shops are open, more visitors will be occupying the street, which results in a vibrant
