• Provide on-site parking to promote walk-ability to destinations
along Loockerman.
• Implement necessary amenities, such as a grocery store, within
the downtown.
• Develop empty lots to strengthen the "spine" of the Loockerman
commercial district.
• Propose new programming within existing park space to offer
new space for events and community engagement.
• Short term and long term flexibility of park space for street
events.
• Implement an "art walk" within the park to introduce arts culture
that engage local artists and institutions.
• New river walk to be constructed on former water treatment facility.
