Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E)
Bernardon FF&E design services provide a
cohesive design approach. We are able to team
with your vendor of choice to coordinate the
workstation selection and specifications as
well as visit local project sites or showrooms to
review product choices. In addition, Bernardon is
uniquely positioned to competitively bid, procure
and install any ancillary furniture items.

Additional Services and Exclusions

Our services are limited to the scope of Basic
Services described above. Upon Landlord/Tenant
request, Bernardon would be pleased to offer the
following Additional Services in support of the
project, invoiced at our standard hourly rates:

If the scope of the project or our services changes,
Bernardon reserves the right to invoice for
Additional Services including, but not limited to:

■ Making revisions to previously approved
drawings;
■ Marketing quality renderings;
■ Providing services after a substantial delay (6+
months) in the project schedule;
■ Marketing materials;
■ Exterior building alterations.

The following are not included:

■ FF&E.
■ Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire
Protection Engineering Services.
■ Technical specifications (book format).
■ Structural Engineering services.
■ Security system, CCTV, access control, and
voice and data systems.
