IMPACTS

                      The National Service of Judicial Facilitators More rights for more people is more

                      conditions, improving the access to justice. million people with

                      In this moment, 6,6 million people have ac-

                      cess to a facilitator. In Central America 10% access to a facilitator

                      of the population has access to a facilitators;

                      The impact of the National Service of Judicial

                      Facilitators has been very positive. On one

                      hand, they contribute to reduce the conflicts

                      and “dejudicialize” social conflict: the peo-

                      ple find solutions to

                     to their needs without having to go to the authorities. On the other hand, the legal offices

                     are not crowded with small issues, allowing the judges to focus on more serious crimes

                     or complex cases and see more into growing problems, such as intrafamiliar and gender

                     violence, which are very frecuent.
