The following chart shows the level of confi-

dence of citizens in the institutions of justice.

In general, in Latin America, it does not

exceed 30%.

In vulnerable communities without judicial

facilitators the confidence level is 5%.

However, in vulnerable communities where

there are facilitators, the level of trust is 70%.
