                                                                Province of Pangasinan
I am very pleased to give my message of congratulations to class 2016 of the Graduate School
of Urdaneta City University, the very own university of the City Government of Urdaneta. In particular, I
am exceptionally happy for the continued growth of the university in terms of its various achievements not
only in its curricular offerings but more especially in its graduates.
At this juncture, I also congratulate your family and those who love you for the guidance
and support they have given you through your years of study and hard work. Likewise, my sincerest
commendation for the administration, faculty and staff of Urdaneta City University for another job well
            done.
It is most fitting that the theme chosen for this year’s Commencement Program is “Celebrating
Excellence”. Indeed, education is fundamentally one of the most valuable legacy is we can give our people.
With this, the City Government of Urdaneta has been a solid partner in this endeavour. Henceforth, we
will jointly undertake positive efforts and closely support Urdaneta City University to further advance the
            quality of education it offers.
Lastly, I encourage the university to continue the task of enhancing and developing new, relevant
and innovative curricular programs. Rest assured that the Urdaneta City Government stands committed to
do its share in support of the educational reforms which eventually will contribute to the desired reforms
in life. My congratulations and best wishes to our graduates!
