                My warmest congratulations to the graduates of Batch 2016!

                Indeed, Urdaneta City University Graduate School is exceptionally proud of this year’s
        graduation as it confers its graduates for the Doctor of Education major in Educational Management
        program, Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management program, Master of Arts in
        Early Childhood Education program,  Master of Arts in Special Education program, Master in Physical
        Education and Sports program, Master of Arts in Nursing program, Master in Public Health program,
        Master in Business Administration program, and Master in Public Administration program. With this, I
        highly believe that your graduation is another milestone in life worthy of commendation and inspiration.
        Your deep involvement, persistence and determination to earn your post graduate and graduate degree
        programs is truly uplifting to the spirit.
                As graduates of a local university, the city government of Urdaneta has made an investment
        in you as a human resource. With increased maturity you have developed a sense of accomplishment,
        self-respect, wisdom and responsibility. You are now equipped to go out to this world to fulfil certain
        commitments with deep sense of involvement, responsibility and accountability.

                However, your graduation marks new beginning, new challenges and continued struggles. Learn
        from the job, from your colleagues and from the challenging situations you will meet in life. Never rest
        on your laurels. Continue to develop yourselves and strive to be great not only intellectually, socially but
        spiritually as well.
                As an alumnus of Urdaneta City University, still in your hearts a strong commitment to achieve
        excellence in the fulfilment of your roles as civil servants of the community. After all, UCU prepared you
        as quality graduates.
