             POLICY STATEMENT

The University Administration recognizes the inevitable changes and
developments in the world. The greater influences come from the ever-advancing
applications of scientific and technological knowledge in the professions, business, and
industry. Immediately following these, are the expected shifts in the social, economic
and political values of the society, leaving behind the traditional academic beliefs and
             practices.

The University as expected shall consistently cause the parallel changed and
developments, or even influence the changes in the business and industrial sectors,
to assure its competitiveness in the delivery of its basic services at any time of its
existence. The assurance however requires the continuous training and development
of a globally competitive University professional work force.
