              Similarly, a continuous program of training shall be planned and implemented
       whenever it is deemed expedient.


              Departmental training schedule based on the assessment of individual and
       University training needs will be drawn up annually to take full account of the human
       resources needs of various departments and shall include budgetary provisions.


              Training Plan to be submitted to the University President annually and will be
       based on the training program that is designed for the respective financial year.


       OPERATIONAL POLICIES


              The University training programs and projects shall be aligned with its vision,
       mission, and goals, and shall maintain the level of quality standards in its processes
       and outputs. Innovative modes of training and development shall be used to effectively
       respond to the unique or special requirements of individuals, groups and organizations.
       This  shall  include  faculty  exchange,  in-plant  training  for  retooling  in  business  and
       industry, and secondment in offices. Moreover, this shall also include soft skills trainings
       for students and employees. To attain the best results, the training program:


              1.  Standards  and  qualifications  in  the  various  professional  areas  and
              positions shall be competitive, if not above those prevailing in the immediate
              environment.
              2.  Standards and qualifications in the various professional areas and positions
              shall be dynamic, keeping abreast with the developments and applications of
              science and technology.
              3.  Operating systems and procedures shall include the latest applications of
              information and communication technology systems.
              4.  Shall come from results of studies, decisions, and contributions from the
              stakeholders, particularly the business, industry, and government.
              5.  Pool of speakers and lecturers are meticulously selected from the internal
