             Canard à l’orange


             Makes 4 | Preparation time: 15 minutes (plus 2 hours marinating time) | Cooking
             time: 25 minutes



             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the marinade

             Finely grated zest of 1 orange
             Pinch of salt
             1 tsp (5ml) ground black pepper

             3 Tbsp (45 ml) olive oil

             For the Canard à l’orange


             4 duck breasts
             60g sugar
             100ml red wine vinegar
             100ml orange juice
             300ml chicken stock

             80ml Grand Marnier, or another orange liqueur
