             Barbecue chicken wings with an Asian coleslaw, sweet potato
             crisps and a sour cream dip


             Serves 4 | Preparation time: 20 minutes | Cooking time: 20 minutes


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients




             For the barbecue sauce and chicken wings

             2 heaped tablespoons (30-45ml) dark brown sugar
             1 tsp (5ml) paprika
             1 tsp (5ml) mustard powder
             ¾ cup (180ml) tomato ketchup

             1 clove of garlic, crushed
             Salt
             1 red chili, thinly sliced (optional)
             ¼ cup (60ml) red wine vinegar
             1 tsp (5ml) Worcestershire sauce
             ¼ cup (60ml) water
             24 chicken wings, tips removed
             Beetroot micro herbs, for garnish
             Lime wedges, for garnish
