             Tuna steaks with soy sauce and mirin


             Serves: 2 | Preparation time: 15 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients


             2 x 200g tuna steaks
             150ml chicken stock
             300g cauliflower florets
             1 Tbsp (15ml) butter
             Salt and freshly ground black pepper
             1 Tbsp (15ml) grape seed oil

             2 bulbs bok choy, quartered lengthways
             1 clove garlic, sliced
             2 Tbsp (30ml) soy sauce
             ¼ cup (60ml) mirin
             1 red chili, finely sliced
