speedier, and the icing can always be gathered from the baking tray underneath and re-

used.

Add a little pretty
Immediately add decorations to each square, and once the icing has set, trim the edges of
each square gently to neaten. Lift off the wire rack using an offset spatula, and serve

immediately in mini paper cupcake cups or store in an airtight container for up to two days.
