What to do:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
2. Once rapidly boiling, add the pasta and cook until al dente (firm to the bite).
3. While the pasta is cooking, spoon the tomato sauce into a frying pan and allow it to
heat up.
4. When hot, add the cream, parmesan and pesto and stir to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil before turning off the heat.
6. Drain the cooked pasta and add it straight into the saucepan.
7. Toss gently until the sauce coats the pasta evenly.
8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
