             Grilled fish with tomato dressing and coriander green salsa


             Serves 4 | Preparation time: 20 minutes | Cooking time: 10 minutes


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the tomato dressing

             200g cherry tomatoes, quartered

             1 Tbsp (15ml) soy sauce
             1 Tbsp (15ml) red wine vinegar
             2 Tbsp (30ml) olive oil
             Salt and freshly ground black pepper


             For the salsa

             2 Tbsp (30ml) ginger root, finely grated
             6 Tbsp (90ml) coriander, chopped

             1 small red chilli, chopped
             Juice of half a lemon
             1 tsp (5ml) fish sauce
             ¼ cup (60ml) sunflower oil


             For the grilled fish
