             Chicken satay with peanut sauce


             Serves 4 | Preparation time: 45 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the marinade

             1 chilli, deseeded and roughly chopped

             1 piece of ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
             1 tsp (5ml) turmeric
             2 Tbsp (30ml) coconut milk
             1 Tbsp (15ml) honey
             25ml soy sauce


             For the chicken

             250g chicken breasts cut into long, thin strips

             Salt and freshly ground pepper

             For the peanut sauce


             1 chilli, roughly chopped
             1 piece of fresh ginger, chopped
