The spacious design within the factory area has been
modernized and renovated into 26 compartments ac-
cording to the 2012 Ministry of Public Health’s GMP
standard Type A, the standard rules for concentrated
drug manufacture, containing over 330 rules. The
most up-to-dated machines have been brought into
every step of the manufacturing process in order to
avoid direct human touch. While some of the original
and traditional procedures such as fermentation,
grinding, preservation and flower water steaming etc.
are conserved in order to extract as much healing
quality as possible.
The modern machines have been designed and
tailored made specifically to manufacture Moh Mee’s
herbal medicines such as Moh Mee’s Tri Ni Sing Hae
Herbal Drink fermenting pot, Moh Mee’s U-thai Re-
freshment Drop compounding and enclosing ma-
chine, or Moh Mee’s Ya Nutt packing machine which
costs a fortune. All machines are made of stainless
steel, standardized for food containing. All of these
are the investment to Moh Mee’s manufacturing

ทางด้านกระบวนการผลิตนั้น ได้มีการน�าเครื่องจักรทัน
สมัยเข้ามาด�าเนินงานในแทบทุกส่วนของผลิตภัณฑ์ ทั้งนี้เพื่อ
ให้เกิดการสัมผัสโดยตรงของมนุษย์น้อยที่สุด แต่ก็ยังอนุรักษ์
กรรมวิธีผลิตยาสมุนไพรบางอย่างตามแบบโบราณดั้งเดิมไว้
เพื่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการดึงเอาสรรพคุณของสมุนไพรนั้น ๆ ออก
มาได้อย่างเต็มที่ ด้วยกรรมวิธีต่าง ๆ อาทิ การหมัก การโม่บด
การดอง และการอบน�้าดอกไม้ เป็นต้น
เครื่องจักรใหม่ทันสมัยที่ใช้ในการผลิตได้รับการ
ออกแบบมาเพื่อผลิตยาสมุนไพรแผนโบราณหมอมีโดย
เฉพาะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นถังส�าหรับหมักยาตรีนิสิงเห เครื่องผสม
และบรรจุยาน�้าอุทัยหมอมี และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในโรงงานต้อง
เป็นสเตนเลสเกรดที่ใช้กับอาหารเท่านั้น โดยเฉพาะเครื่อง
บรรจุยานัตถุ์หมอมีนั้น แม้เป็นการลงทุนที่สูงมาก แต่หมอมีก็
เล็งเห็นถึงความส�าคัญของการรักษามาตรฐานการผลิตให้ได้
