            This  book is intended for those who wish to make a difference in their cooking practices. It is
        important for both breast cancer survivors and the general public to understand that cooking a
        healthy meal is possible without jeopardising the taste and quality. Adopting healthy lifestyle is an
        important strategy to ensure that each individual can minimize their chances of developing
        non-communicable diseases. Eating healthily and having varieties in our food intake is one of the
        important elements in disease prevention. It is also important to know that it is good for us to prepare
        our own meals  so that we know the ingredients that we use are healthy, clean and wholesome.

           This book includes breakfast, main course dishes, dessert recipes and also provide some

        healthy tips. It also provides the nutritional breakdown for each dish that will help the users to
        understand more about the recipes/ nutrient content. This book is unique. It is a compilation of
        recipes provided by cancer survivors. The recipes were modified to ensure that the dishes are
        nutritious and tasty. It is hoped that this book will benefit breast cancer survivors and the general
        public.
