         There are three main categories of

           THE YAK



                                    MMR share people news via a monthly newsletter called ‘The Yak.’
                                    This ranges from introducing new starters and promotions, to those
                                    who are celebrating special occasions such as a birthday or
                                    wedding, or who have achieved something of note such as
                                    competing in a marathon or winning an award outside of work. We
                                    also like to use this platform to share funny anecdotes and stories
                                    and to announce the winners of the One Step Beyond Awards.


                        Respect in the Workplace
                        (Anti Harassment) Training

                        All employees are required to attend an online
                        training workshop on Respect in the Workplace (Anti
                        Harassment), that is available via TriNet Learn page -
                        instructions on how to join the training will be sent
                        to you during your first week of employment.
