MMR offers a reward and recognition COMMITTEE
scheme based on employee
nominations.
There are three main categories of
recognition: Individual, Team and Each office location has a Wellbeing
Business Development. Each month, & Social committee. This committee
based on the nomination, the GMT will organise regular wellbeing events and
award $75 to 6 successful nominees activities throughout the year, from
within the Individual category, $150 to providing fresh fruit to hosting full

We’re constantly on the look out for the best candidates in the
marketplace. Should you refer a friend or family member who REFERRAL

THE YAK
MMR share people news via a monthly newsletter called ‘The Yak.’
This ranges from introducing new starters and promotions, to those
who are celebrating special occasions such as a birthday or
wedding, or who have achieved something of note such as
competing in a marathon or winning an award outside of work. We
also like to use this platform to share funny anecdotes and stories
and to announce the winners of the One Step Beyond Awards.
Respect in the Workplace
(Anti Harassment) Training
All employees are required to attend an online
training workshop on Respect in the Workplace (Anti
Harassment), that is available via TriNet Learn page -
instructions on how to join the training will be sent
to you during your first week of employment.
