       401k SCHEME



       During your employment, you may be entitled to participate in the Company’s 401(k),
       subject to your satisfaction of eligibility criteria as stated in your Offer Letter.
       Following the completion of 12 months employment (providing you work over 1000
       hours in a calendar year and subject to the Company’s twice yearly entry dates of 1st
       January and 1st July) the Company will match personal contributions of up to 3% of
       your monthly base salary; plus 50% of any personal contributions between 3% and 5%, as
       per the table below:
