    REWARD SCHEME

    MMR offers a reward and recognition scheme
    based on employee nominations.
    There are three main categories of recognition:
    Individual, Team and Business Development.
    Each month, based on the nomination, the GMT
    will award ZAR 900 to 6 successful nominees
    within the Individual category, ZAR 1,800 to the
    successful team within the Team category and
    ZAR 900 to the individual who demonstrated
    outstanding business development skills, within
    the Business Development category.
