We’ve adopted a strengths based
approach to people development,
ensuring our people are happy,
motivated and the right kind of busy!
Whilst science lies at the core of what we
do, we’re also really creative, actively
pushing our people to think differently in
terms of research design, visual delivery
of results and to find new and exciting
ways to bring the consumer to life.
It’s a never ending quest, and one we
encourage everyone to get involved in.
This all helps to drive excellent retention
rates, with many of our senior people
having been with the business for 10
years or more.
Not to mention all the great parties and
fun social events we throw, too!
