44. There were 187 candidates (0.04 per cent) who were reported “Ungraded” because of missing SBA samples. That significant
decrease was attributed to the implementation of Random Sampling and the reduction in the samples required for moderation.

45. Table 8 compares the submission of SBA records and SBA samples during the last five years.
