16. The Panel carefully reviewed the Content in the Syllabus and agreed that delineating Content
and aligning the Content to the Specific Objectives would provide further clarity on the depth and
breadth of the Specific Objectives; and, clearer guidelines for teaching and assessing the syllabus.
Some of the changes made to the Content in Section 4, Composing is presented in Table 3. (See
Appendix III for further details).
