Ash Everywhere

A large ash cloud filled the sky. After a while the

ash started to fall. It quickly covered everything.
It looked like grey snow, but it was dry, dusty, and

itchy and made you cough. It was very hot.

Soon after they started off they heard ‘Tap, Tap,

Tap’ on the windscreen; the sound made by small

rocks flying out of the volcano.
