                            Joroo.
                                     I beg to draw your attention to the faot that no
                            (Provision has been made for the exponso of compensating the
                            l/rab owners of certain property whioh
                                                               was confiscated by the

                            State and should this notion be deoided upon, it would be
                            Aeoeeeary to break into money set aside for othor purposes
                            tuoh as roads or tho Elootrio Sohome, for whioh the State io
