Once again there arc unaccepted designs for both low and high
values in the National Postal Museum.

The low values were again the work of Farrar-Bell; and the
Essay only required a minor re-arrangement of the inscription, the
insertion of‘Postage’ in English and Arabic and better Arabic calli­
graphy in order to become the accepted design.
