This was a demonstration Post Office included as part of the Exhibition;
but it accepted ordinary and registered mail, the former being machine or
hand cancelled “Kuwait”. Registered mail was also cancelled “Kuwait”
but carried the old “Sief’ registration labels with the name deleted in
manuscript.
