THIS COURSE WILL enable students to understand,
demonstrate and apply the basic rules and etiquette of the particular sport in
which they enroll. Additionally students will demonstrate an awareness of
personal hygiene and healthy lifestyle choices whil developing physical
fitness levels necessary for successful performance in interscholastic
athletics encompassing the areas of strength, power, agility, balance,
endurance, flexibility, and body awareness. STUDENTS WILL develop0 the Written approval
