Our Head of Finance, Kathy White, whose career
with Delaware North began at Wembley and led her
to heading up the UK finance department in 2016, is
applying her experience and deep understanding of
the UK’s financial operation to support True North
on an exciting new project.
Kathy is taking up the newly created role of UK
Finance Transition Manager. She will be working on
a 12-month project assigned to one of the very first
the True North initiatives, Project Maximization.
Kathy will be providing expert guidance to
ensure the successful UK-wide development and
deployment of this project.

Mark Salvador joined Delaware North as our UK
Head of Talent Acquisition on May 7th. Mark was
responsible for leading and managing the Dixons
Carphone Group’s retail resourcing function for the
last three years. Prior to this Mark worked for the
Coral Group, incorporating Coral Racing and Coral
Retail.
Mark studied economics at Liverpool John Moores
University and started his career in the banking
sector. The combination of his career choices to date
have enabled him to develop resourcing skills that
range from executive hiring to those requiring a
volume recruitment specialism.
Mark will collaborate with Delaware North’s global
Talent Acquisition Innovation Centre, which will
be at the heart of creating and executing our hiring
strategy into the future. Mark Salvador
Mitesh Maroo will be joining Delaware North UK
as Head of Finance on 28th May, taking up the role
previously undertaken by Kathy White.
Mitesh is an experienced and knowledgeable
accounting executive. Currently Head of Financial
Planning and Analysis at Compass Group. Mitesh
will bring a wealth of accounting and commercial
experience to the team.
