Rules and further information

1.) As a minimum, each location will be provided via email with a digital poster file. You can print it, post it, email it, add it to a
digital signage display; the possibilities are endless. Just make sure you promote the WOW-a-THON to all of your team so that
they may take advantage of this year’s great prizes.

2.) WOW-a-THON cards will be sent to your location. Upon receipt distribute the cards out to your managers so they can WOW
individuals. Although you may begin distributing cards immediately team members will not be able to redeem the card until the
contest begins on May 23rd. You can add using the card to your current WOW process or make the WOW-a-THON an additional
celebration to reward and recognize your team members. It’s up to you!

3.) Team members who receive a WOW-a-THON card should be instructed to visit www.GuestPath.com to enter their unique
code and learn INSTANTLY if they have won a prize. This information is also printed on the back of the WOW ticket. (Please note
the online game works best when using Google Chrome or the Firefox web browser).

4.) Prizes will be awarded every hour, 24 hours a day from 12:01am May 23rd until 11pm June 1st, all times Eastern Standard.
5.) For an extra chance to win, post your WOW-a-THON! photos to Twitter, Instagram or the GuestPath® Facebook page with the
hashtag #DelawareNorthProud and we will award a $100 gift card to a winner and the manager who appear in the best photo.

6.) Those who win a Visa gift card prize will immediately receive their prize upon notification in the game via an electronic Visa
card. ALL VISA GIFT CARDS WILL BE ISSUED IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS.

7.) For team members who win a physical prize they will be distributed to the location’s general manager at the conclusion of
the event, except for in the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand where prizes will be mailed by June 15th to the central
office for distribution.

8.) The 2018 GuestPath® Spring WOW-a-THON! is open to current Delaware North employees, non-profit group members and
employment agency staff in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom at active GuestPath®
units (excluding the Patina Restaurant Group).
