Get the water in the distillery boiling (to a 100 degrees C, or 212 degrees F).

Wait for distillate to come trough the condenser, watch the process so you don’t run
out of water and keep the hot-pipe cool by pouring cold water in the cold-water tub.
Optionally use a dry and clean cotton fabric to filter the essential oil.

Pour the concentrated essential oil into a dark glass container, do not let it vaporize

out in the open. Decide what to do with the herbal distillate, rose water and lavender
water are usable, the herbal distillate can be used to distill the same plant kind again
if you will pause using the distillery for not more than a couple of hours, otherwise

spill it and use fresh water for the distillation process.
