Overall: RFL: Mary joined the City of Berkeley after being wtih Ross Valley Sanitary District for
some time. She feels that the dynamics of a bigger city are not for her.
Mary came across as knowledgable and poised. She was able to address each question to
the point, demsonstrating a solid understanding of the role and responsibilities. The majority
