Overall: RFL: Jose is only passive in his search. Vallejo is closer to his home so would reduce his commute, and he
also feels that this position would allow him to grow more professionally than where he is now.
Jose came across as a strong candidate. He has experience in key areas such as electronic file management,
managing teams, and working directly with boards and councils. He was a fast talker, at times long winded,
and sometimes lost me in his train of thought. Although, he showed high energy and positive enthusiasm. He
has had short stints in a few positions, and this would need to be assessed further should he advance in the
process.
