construction bidding, recommend policies and write administrative regulations. Communicate with the Board on the
       District Manager’s and Legal Counsel’s behalf.  Preserve and organize District materials and records, manage Board
       and Committee minutes, obtain and package materials from appropriate parties, execute agreements, ordinances and
       resolutions. Calendar upcoming issues and actions for Board consideration, develop agendas in concert with
       appropriate parties. Utilize understanding of public noticing and open meeting requirements, Conflict of Interest

       Administration/Board Clerk - Confidential to the General Manager; Aligned to the General Manager of Joint
       Powers Authority. Acted as point of contact for Board of Commissioners (elected /appointed officials within Marin
       County), prepared agenda packages, clerked meetings, prepared minutes and follow up materials. Obtained Conflict
       of Interest Code forms, responded to Public Information Requests, developed public content for newsletter, website,
       and an array of documents. Performed calendaring functions, planned and coordinated GM and Agency Counsel’s
       travel and conference engagements. Coordinated and facilitated meetings on a variety of initiatives, including Agency
