        SAN FRANCISCO DEPARTMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT, San Francisco, CA
        Commission Affairs Manager                                                                          November 2015 – Present
        •  Provide complex and high level public policy, analytical and administrative support to the San Francisco Commission
            on the Environment – a seven-member commission appointed by the Mayor to provide fiscal and programmatic
            oversight of the San Francisco Department of the Environment.
        •  Track all requests from commissioners and ensure that Department staff are responsive and making an effort to
            implement the Commission’s policy objectives.
        •  Assist staff in developing all Department budgets, grant proposals, regulations and resolutions that require
            Commission approval.
        •  Staff and maintain positive relationship with all policy and advisory bodies assigned to the Department including the
            Urban Forestry Council, Municipal Green Building Task Force and the San Francisco Energy Efficiency Task Force.
        •  Author Commission and Department annual report and manage all reporting to the Mayor and Board of Supervisors.
        •  Assigned responsibility for multiple high-level innovative programs and projects by the Department director requiring
            development of a plan, collaboration with interagency and outside stakeholders, oversight of the project,
            implementation and performance measurement.
        •  Manage all aspects of the Department’s interaction with partnering Friends of the San Francisco Department of the
            Environment non-profit including reviewing budgets and coordinating grant-funded positions.
        •  Administered project to review and revise the Department’s goals and key performance metrics that are reported to
            the Mayor and Controller’s Office to more accurately depict the goals and objectives of the Department.
        •  Managed consultants in developing a community outreach and input process for the Department’s five-year strategic
            plan including five community meetings, the drafting of the revised strategic plan and reporting to the Commission.
        •  Serve as the Department’s point person for local, state and federal open government and record retention policies.
        •  Represent the Department and Commission at community meetings, major events and public hearings.

        SAN MATEO COUNTY SUPERVISOR ADRIENNE TISSIER, Redwood City, CA
        Legislative Aide                                                                             March 2013 – November 2015
        •  Represented the supervisor in bi-weekly meetings with County executive manager and department heads to review
            Board of Supervisors meeting agenda, staff memos and supporting documents.
        •  Conducted constituent case work and met with residents to survey neighborhood services provided by the County.
        •  Produced memorandums to the supervisor detailing policy meetings attended with conclusions and recommendations.
