Overall: RFL: Anthony feels that he has been in the same role for a while, and is now looking for a change of pace.

Anthony had a light, friendly demeanor. Came across as intelligent. He has been working for a very
demanding Commission within the City of San Francisco. It sounds like he has a decent amount of
responsibility and has accomplished some great things while in his current role. Anthony has limited
supervisory experience. This, combined with the fact that a District such as VFWD is very different than
the dynamics Anthony has described at a large city, makes me question whether he would be able to
transition smoothly into this role.
