             efficient processing and tracking of outstanding project invoices
            • Coordinated development of multi-year USDOT Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act
             Letters of Interest with internal and external professionals, resulting in an FFY2014 $1.876B direct loan
             package award
            • Reviewed and updated the FTA-required Capital Funding Plan for the Project
            • Represented the Authority at public outreach meetings, presenting the overall Project and Project Plan of
              Finance at various venues, including open forums, business roundtables and community associations

             along with development of short- and long-term revenue and expense forecasts (FY2007 Authority Budget:
